Working day deliveries – Orders placed before 7 PM will be dispatched within 24 business hours – not including on Saturdays. Orders placed after 7 PM will be dispatched the following day after – including on Sundays.
Public Holidays – Orders will be delivered on Public Holidays, in case of delay the outstanding Next Day orders will be delivered on the following non-holiday day. Any orders placed on a Public Holiday will not be collected from our warehouse until the next non-holiday day, for delivery the following day.
Making changes to your Order
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to the orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been placed on our website. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details, or payment methods. If you need to change any of the details please cancel your order by getting in touch with our friendly customer service team at email@example.com, and place a new one instead. If you do wish to cancel an order you must contact us on the same day after your order is placed, once the order is placed and processed we will be unable to prevent the order from being dispatched. If you do not cancel your order in time, you can always choose to return the products to us for a complete refund. Unfortunately, we might not be able to provide the tariffs for returning the products to us.
Returns & Refunds
Future Intelligence Books brings to you best in class products from various categories. Our teams put every product through a rigorous quality check to ensure that the products reaching you are in perfect condition and shape. However, in the event that there is something wrong with your order we would be happy to accept a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please initiate a return by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In case of tampered packages, or the products are not in the right condition when they are delivered to you we recommend you to make a video and share it with us so that we can escalate it to the right team and ensure corrective actions on the same.
Your order is eligible for a return in the following cases:
– If you fall under the return window which is 7 days from the date of delivery
– Only if you have received products in a damaged or poor condition.
– In case of any damage during transit please share the images/video with us on email@example.com at the earliest.
How to packs your products in the case of returns
– Products that weren’t damaged need to be in their original condition (unused and unopened)
– All freebies that came with the product need to be returned with the order
– All Items that came in as combos need to be returned together unless wrongly-shipped
Enclose the product(s), in original condition and packaging as part of the return package. Remember, we can’t refund or exchange products if their tags/labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Also, don’t forget to retain the proof of the postage.
Based on your location we will inform you if the pickup service is available or not. If it is, you just have to relax while we get your order picked up. In case your address falls outside of our courier partner’s pickup zone, you will have to self-courier the product that you want to return/exchange to the below-mentioned address. We shall reimburse you an amount of Rs.100 per order in the form of a credit note. We recommend you send the product through a reliable local courier service with a tracking facility. Also, retain the courier proof until you have received the refund. Failure to do so may result in a lengthy return processing delay while we investigate the location of your returned goods.

Shipping Policy: Policy outlining the rules for shipping goods to the customer. It should include information like the shipping timeline, order tracking (optional), and the return process for both tangible and digital goods.

The order amount will be credited back to you in your original payment method within 7 working days, once we have received the product back at our warehouse and the required quality check has been completed.
